This past weekend Miriam came down and we took Sea Puppy out saturday afternoon and went and rafted up with Orrin and Angela on La Bon Vie and Ben and Susan on Winds of Freedom. What an awesome evening. The company was great and everyone contributed some food to be cooked and the six of us had more food than we could eat. Tilapia, salmon and steak on the grill. Wokked vegitables, Asparagus, and more.
After dinner everyone unrafted and we each anchored separately. As always I got a great nights sleep on the water.
The engine is still getting no more power than before. I measured the difference in height between the old mount position and the new one and it is only 1 and a 1/4 inches lower. It doesn’t make any difference in prop rpm.
Oh still haven’t found my camera. It has been missing in action for about 2 weeks now. I thought for sure it was in my van but I have searched there, on my boat and at the house and not found it. 🙁 It is a canon s45 4mp digital camera that I have had for 5+ years now. I have shot more than 10,000 images with it both on land on water and underwater. It’s like losing a good friend. I keep turning to pick it up and take a picture and it’s not there.
